How it works

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. There's no need to send the item back — once your request is approved, your refund is on its way and you keep your scrunchie.

To start a refund, email us at thesofttie.contact@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away at thesofttie.contact@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
